Rearranging happens inside your browser. The PDF you choose is never sent to a server, which is why this keeps working once the page has loaded, even offline.
How to organize a PDF
- Drop your PDF into the box above, or click to choose it.
- Each page appears as a numbered card. Drag a card to move it, or use the arrows beneath it.
- Turn, duplicate or remove any page, or insert a blank page after it. Reverse the whole order from the panel on the right.
- Select Organize pages, then download the rebuilt file.
Pages are shown by number, not as pictures
Drawing a page preview needs a full PDF renderer, and shipping one would make this page several times slower to load for everyone. So a card names its page — the same number your reader shows — and displays how far it has been turned. Keep the document open in a reader alongside if you need to see what is on each page.
Frequently asked questions
Does rearranging change the pages themselves?
No. Pages are moved, turned or copied as whole objects; their text and images are untouched, so nothing is re-drawn and nothing loses quality.
Can I use a page twice?
Yes — duplicate it as many times as you like. The copies share the original's content, so the file barely grows. Any annotations or form fields on the page are shared between the copies too.
What size is a blank page?
The same size and orientation as the page before it, so a blank slipped between two landscape pages is landscape. A blank page placed first is A4.
Can I organize a password-protected PDF?
Yes. You will be asked for the password when the document is read. The rebuilt file is not password-protected.
